These terms govern your use of rashijewels.com and any purchase you make from Rashi Jewels AB, based in Göteborg, Sweden. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

• ·All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable.
• ·Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. Confirmation is not a guarantee of stock availability.
• ·We accept payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never store your full card details.
• ·We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

• ·We ship within Sweden and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
• ·Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
• ·Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• ·Custom orders have longer lead times and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Under Swedish and EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

• ·Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
• ·Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
• ·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• ·Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to photography lighting and display settings. GIA certifications apply to specified gemstones only. If you have questions about a specific piece, please contact us before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashi Jewels AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts. EU customers also retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
